We are here to offer tips and ideas on what has been considered reasonable between previous parties but there are no charges or hidden percentages to be given to any third party. With an annual registration fee of just £45*, your property(ies) may be listed with as much or as little information as you choose. All interest is sent directly to you as the owner and all negotiations undertaken directly with the other party. You are free to search on all available properties in the safe knowledge that the owners have already agreed in principle to undertaking a Holiday Home Swap!
